KnockarounD emerge triumphant in clash of the big boys.
A face-off between Season 1 runners-up KnockarounD and recently crowned Social 5s Division 1 champions Young Boys did not disappoint as both teams fought tooth and nail against each other, with KnockarounD just edging out Young Boys in a thrilling 7-6 encounter.
It was a clash between two teams with very different approaches to their game, with KnockarounD displaying a more direct style of play with their imposing frame and physicality while Young Boys being a more technical side focused on their usual possession style of play.
Young Boys seemed to be in control of the game after they went into the break with a 5-3 lead, but KnockarounD came staged a remarkable comeback as they scored three goals in just five minutes to go into the lead.
Young Boys equalized shortly after but Jalil from KnockarounD made sure his team was going home with 3 points in the bag as he snatched the winner in the 15th minute as the big boys held on for their first victory of the season.
