Torpedo Rovers FC vs Nautical FC

An upset looked to be on the cards when Nautical FC took a surprise lead in the 16th minute against Torpedo Rovers FC, but the celebrations were short-lived as an own goal levelled affairs before HT.

Torpedo Rovers FC‘s Muhalmin took the lead for the home side just 5 mins into the 2HT with a header into the top corner, erupting jubilant cries from the sidelines as they gained the lead, 2-1. Another sublime goal from the marshall in the centre of the park, Wandi added a third for the Rovers in the 62nd min to make it a comfortable lead at 3-1.

While NAU was able to pull one back, it was left to Faiz of TRFC to dress the icing on the cake with the fourth and final goal 5 mins from time to cement a solid victory for the Rovers.
