It seemed as if Philippines FC SG were finally going to claim their first win of the season but luck just was not on their side as Toh Guan XI staged a late comeback to win the game 2-1.
It was a close game as both teams went into the break with the scores deadlocked at 0-0. Finally in the 55th minute PFC broke through to open the scoring.
But they failed to hold on to their slender lead as Toh Guan XI equalized in the 71st minute and scored the winner just five minutes before the final whistle as they broke the hearts of PFC and took away all three points.
