Suffering a 5-1 thrashing against Lads 13 last week must have done the trick for El Nino as they bounced back from their defeat with a 5-3 victory against last season’s Division 6 champions La Serpiente FC.
LSFC will feel hard done by after suffering this defeat especially after the way they took Division 6 by storm last season but El Nino spared no sentiments as they looked to improve on last season after finishing 5th in Division 5 last term.
Understandably, these two teams will need time to come to terms with the demands of a higher division but as we all know, time waits for no one, especially in football.
