Defending champions Mexican Tristars’ unbeaten run finally came to an end after Cosmos Santos managed to beat them by a narrow 2-1 scoreline to continue their winning streak.
Mexican Tristars were the ones who drew first blood as their no.21 put them in the lead in the 30th minute, but Cosmo Santos responded with an equalizer in the 40th minute scored by their no.7 as both teams went into the break with the scores level.
Cosmos Santos‘ no.5 scored the eventual winner in the 55th minute as they held on for their fourth victory in a row at the expense of Mexican Tristars who will have to quickly recover from this loss and the end of their unbeaten run.
