Cosmos Santos Continues Perfect Run
Top of the Table Clash at the MOF 11s Saturday League saw Cosmos Santos hosted 2 time MOF Champions Mexican Tristars yesterday with the latter’s almost-certain first real test in the league.
A brace of goals from COS’s #7 Kai and #5 Mansur made sure the men in white continued their fine run in the League.
It was TRI who scored first through #21 Naresh in the 1HT at the 30th min mark, only for #7 Kai of COS to level the score 10 mins later. A remarkable goal by #5 Mansur 15 mins into the 2HT concluded the goals to end the tie in COS’s favour.
Easily and by far the most fiercest battle in the Saturday League Division I, we shall look forward to more of these clashes in the weeks to come.
