After an impressive run of results Toa Payoh Rangers were hoping to end their season on a high, and they certainly did it in style as they thrashed MPR 7-2.
Toa Payoh Rangers went into a 2-0 lead after 22 minutes but MPR put themselves back in contention in the game after they pulled a goal back in the 26th minute. Toa Payoh Rangers then restored their two goal lead after just eight minutes as they went into the break with a 3-1 lead.
Any hopes of a MPR comeback were soon diminished as Toa Payoh Rangers scored just a minute after the result to put the game to bed as they went on to dominate the game and seal their perfect end to the season.
