IF:v2 Soaks In Division II Triumph In Maiden Season
In their maiden season, new entrees to the MOF 11s Division II, IF:v2 carried a form with them that took the Division by storm. A total of 12 wins and only 2 losses to 2nd placed 529’ers and traditional nemesis Toh Guan Krew, meant IF:v2 led for most periods of the season. Also in the Quarterfinals of the MOF Cup, IF:v2 will definitely be the team to watch this season as well as the next as they get promoted to Division I.
The team was in celebrative mood last Sunday as the entire squad turned up in force during an off-season friendly, winning the 3 team mini-tournament organised at the last minute at the same time. With the new season commencing soon, life in Division I will no doubt be a challenge for IF:v2 as they seek to continue their fine run this season into the next !
